Now I want to let you in on three secrets:
1. If you forgot anything at home (like a crate, blanket, or water bowl), have your humans ask the front desk; I have a stash here.
2. The best place to nap is in the lounge where it’s sunny; and your humans can work and have their coffee or cocktail. Pets are allowed in the lounge.
3. You can ask EVERY staff member for a treat; I trick them all and usually get one from each—and sometimes get belly rubs.
Just becuase there aren't many hotels that are pet-friendly in Pittsfield, MA, doesn't mean you should leave your furry friend behind. At Hotel on North, we LOVE Pets, so bring your furbaby with you!
Lola says that we are one of THE most pet-friendly hotels in Pittsfield, MA, and the surrounding area. We offer a limited number of rooms to guests with pets, so a confirmed pet room reservation is required and a $45 fee, per pet, per night is applicable.
We have adopted the following guidelines to ensure that we can continue to welcome household pets to the hotel:
*Please keep your dog on a leash: Please do not let your dog loose outside of your room. This is for your pet’s protection as well as in consideration of other guests and staff. Pets are only allowed on the second floor of the hotel. They are not allowed in the restaurant/lounge area, or any non-pet friendly rooms.
*When you leave your room: Pets must be crated when your room is unattended. Housekeeping will not attempt to enter or clean your room if the pet has not been secured in a crate. Crates are available (small or large) from our Housekeeping Department.
*Barking/Noise: Please be considerate of your neighbors and ask your pets to do the same. Any disturbances, such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Unattended pets that disturb others will be relocated at your expense.
*Damage/Injury: You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by the pet. Please ask your pet to be considerate of our antiques.
